Affiliate Guidelines
Clear rules for representing Future Proof the right way. Simple. Honest. Professional.
This is a plain-language draft, not the final legal document. Our lawyer is reviewing it before we launch. Nobody should rely on this wording yet.
The basic rule. Sell the real product. Use the real information. Send business through the Future Proof platform. Treat customers and other affiliates fairly.
Effective August 2026
1. Why These Guidelines Matter
Future Proof affiliates represent more than themselves. Every post, conversation, video, message, and customer interaction can affect how people see Future Proof. These guidelines set a clear standard so members can share the platform with confidence while protecting customers, the company, and each other.
These guidelines are meant to be practical. They are not here to make normal business harder. They are here to keep the playing field fair and help prevent misleading claims, payment problems, brand misuse, and other conduct that can hurt everyone.
Keep it simple. If you would not be comfortable showing a customer exactly what you said or did, do not do it.
2. Your Role as an Affiliate
As a Future Proof affiliate, you are an independent promoter of Future Proof products and services. You are not an employee, officer, legal representative, spokesperson, or owner of Future Proof.
- Be clear that you are an independent Future Proof affiliate.
- Do not claim that you work for the corporate office unless that is actually true.
- Do not make commitments, guarantees, contracts, or promises on behalf of Future Proof.
- Do not speak as though your personal opinion is an official company statement.
3. Represent the Products Honestly
Affiliates must describe Future Proof products and services accurately. Use current company information and approved materials whenever possible.
- Do not claim a product does something it does not do.
- Do not hide important costs, requirements, or limits when they matter to the customer decision.
- Do not create fake features, fake packages, fake pricing, or fake guarantees.
- Do not make a Future Proof product look like your own product unless Future Proof has approved that arrangement in writing.
- If you are unsure about a product detail, check the current Future Proof information before answering.
4. Use the Future Proof Brand Correctly
The Future Proof name, logos, product names, graphics, videos, screenshots, and other company materials belong to Future Proof or are used by Future Proof with permission. Affiliates may use approved materials to promote the platform, but they must not change the brand in a way that creates confusion.
- Use the official Future Proof logo provided by the company.
- Do not stretch, redraw, recolor, cover, or alter the logo.
- Do not create a business name, social account, website, or domain that makes people think you are the corporate office.
- Do not use Future Proof branding to promote unrelated products without written approval.
- Do not copy company pages and present them as an official Future Proof website.
Good practice. Your marketing can have your own personality. It still needs to be clear that Future Proof is the company and you are an affiliate.
5. Keep Transactions Inside the Platform
Customer purchases for Future Proof products and services must go through the approved Future Proof platform and payment process. Affiliates must not move a Future Proof sale outside the platform to avoid tracking, fees, company records, or normal customer protections.
- Use your approved affiliate link or other approved Future Proof purchase process.
- Do not collect a Future Proof product payment into your personal bank account, payment app, crypto wallet, or other personal account.
- Do not ask a customer to send payment directly to you for a Future Proof product or service.
- Do not reroute a transaction to avoid the company system or change who receives credit for the sale.
- Do not create side agreements that change the official price, product, payment terms, or the terms for sending a payment back, without written company approval.
Important. If the customer is buying from Future Proof, the transaction belongs in the Future Proof platform.
6. Bitcoin and Other Payments
When Future Proof offers Bitcoin or another approved payment option, affiliates must use the payment method and instructions provided through the platform. Never substitute your own wallet or payment destination for an official Future Proof payment destination.
- Do not tell a customer to send Bitcoin directly to you for a Future Proof purchase.
- Do not change wallet information, payment instructions, or transaction records.
- Do not promise that the value of Bitcoin will rise or that a customer will make money by using Bitcoin.
- Do not describe a payment as completed until the approved system shows it as completed.
7. No Income Promises
Affiliates may explain that Future Proof has an affiliate program when that information is appropriate for the audience. Any discussion about earnings must be truthful, responsible, and based on approved company information.
- Do not promise or guarantee income.
- Do not say that a person will earn a certain amount by a certain date.
- Do not present unusual results as though they are normal results.
- Do not use fake earnings screenshots, fake account balances, or fake payment records.
- Do not suggest that money is automatic or guaranteed simply because someone joins.
Approved mindset. Explain how the program works. Never tell someone what they will make.
8. Marketing and Advertising
Affiliates are responsible for the marketing they publish or send. This includes social media posts, videos, livestreams, websites, landing pages, ads, email, text messages, printed materials, and private messages.
- Keep claims accurate and easy to understand.
- Clearly identify your affiliate relationship when the connection would matter to the customer.
- Do not use fake reviews, fake comments, fake customer stories, or made up results.
- Do not use misleading headlines or images to get attention.
- Do not make false statements about competitors.
- Follow the rules of the advertising, social, email, calling, and messaging services you use.
9. Social Media Conduct
You can share Future Proof on social media, but your account and content should not mislead people about who you are.
- Do not name an account in a way that makes it appear to be an official Future Proof corporate account.
- Do not impersonate Future Proof staff, another affiliate, a customer, or another person.
- Do not buy fake followers, fake comments, fake reviews, or fake engagement to create a false picture of interest.
- Do not harass, threaten, insult, or publicly attack customers, prospects, employees, or other affiliates.
- Correct information you learn is wrong instead of continuing to share it.
10. Affiliate Created Materials
Affiliates may create their own marketing unless Future Proof says a certain item requires approval. Your materials must still follow these guidelines and must not look like an official corporate statement when they are not.
- Use accurate product names, prices, and descriptions.
- Use approved logos and brand assets.
- Clearly label personal training, personal opinions, or affiliate created resources when needed.
- Remove or correct old material when company information changes.
- Do not copy another affiliate's original work and claim it as your own.
11. Customer Information and Privacy
Treat customer and prospect information with care. Only use personal information for a proper business reason and through approved systems and methods.
- Do not sell, trade, publish, or give away customer information.
- Do not post private messages, phone numbers, email addresses, payment details, or account information publicly without proper permission.
- Do not use customer information for unrelated offers without proper permission.
- Protect login information and never ask another person to share a password that you do not need.
- Follow applicable privacy, email, calling, and messaging laws in the places where you do business.
12. Respect Customers and Other Affiliates
Future Proof expects professional conduct. Competition is normal. Dishonest or abusive conduct is not.
- Do not pressure, bully, threaten, or shame someone into buying or joining.
- Do not interfere with another affiliate's legitimate customer transaction.
- Do not knowingly take credit for a sale that belongs to another affiliate.
- Do not spread false claims about another affiliate, customer, employee, or the company.
- Handle disagreements privately and professionally whenever possible.
13. Account Integrity
Your Future Proof account and affiliate activity should reflect real people, real transactions, and accurate information.
- Do not create fake customer or affiliate accounts.
- Do not use another person's identity without permission.
- Do not manipulate tracking, referrals, transactions, placement, or account records.
- Do not use unauthorized software, scripts, or other methods to interfere with the platform.
- Keep your account information current and protect your login details.
14. Practices That Are Not Allowed
The following conduct is contrary to Future Proof business standards and may lead to corrective action.
- Misrepresenting Future Proof products, services, pricing, company ownership, or your affiliate role.
- Accepting Future Proof customer payments outside the approved platform.
- Making guaranteed income claims or misleading financial statements.
- Using fake customers, fake sales, fake reviews, fake earnings, or fake identities.
- Changing official branding in a misleading way.
- Using spam, harassment, deception, or unlawful marketing practices.
- Manipulating referral credit, transactions, accounts, or company records.
- Sharing private company, customer, or affiliate information without permission.
- Using Future Proof materials to promote fraud, unlawful activity, or conduct that can reasonably damage the company or its customers.
15. Questions and Honest Mistakes
People make mistakes. If you post incorrect information, use the wrong material, or misunderstand a rule, correct it as soon as you become aware of the problem. Future Proof may ask you to edit or remove material, contact a customer with corrected information, or take another reasonable step to fix the issue.
An honest mistake that is quickly corrected is different from knowingly misleading customers or repeatedly ignoring company standards.
When you are unsure. Ask before you publish, promise, collect money, or create something that could be mistaken for an official Future Proof offer.
16. Reviews and Corrective Action
Future Proof may review affiliate activity when there is a customer complaint, payment concern, brand issue, suspected policy violation, or other reasonable business concern. Affiliates are expected to cooperate and provide accurate information when asked.
Depending on what happened, Future Proof may use one or more reasonable actions. These can include education, a request to correct or remove content, a written warning, temporary limits, suspension, reversal of credit connected to an improper transaction where permitted, or termination of affiliate privileges.
Serious conduct may require immediate action. Examples include fraud, theft, deliberate payment diversion, identity misuse, intentional platform manipulation, or knowingly false claims that can cause significant harm.
17. Reporting a Concern
If you believe an affiliate is misrepresenting Future Proof, diverting payments, misusing the brand, manipulating transactions, or engaging in other serious misconduct, report the concern to Future Proof. Provide the facts you have, including screenshots or transaction information when available. Do not create a public fight around the issue.

18. Company Policies Still Apply
These Affiliate Guidelines work together with the current Future Proof Terms, Privacy Policy, payment rules and the rules on sending a payment back, product terms, and other company policies. If a company policy or applicable law sets a stricter requirement, affiliates must follow that requirement.
Future Proof may update these guidelines when products, systems, laws, or business needs change. Affiliates are responsible for following the current version provided by the company.
19. Affiliate Acknowledgment
By participating as a Future Proof affiliate, you agree to represent the company and its products honestly, use approved payment and platform processes, protect the Future Proof brand, treat customers fairly, and follow these guidelines along with other applicable company policies and laws.
The standard. Real products. Real customers. Real transactions. Honest marketing.
