Terms of Service

Clear rules for using the Future Proof platform. Simple. Fair. Straightforward.

This is a plain-language draft, not the final legal document. Our lawyer is reviewing it before we launch. Nobody should rely on this wording yet.

The basic rule. Use the platform honestly, protect your account, follow the payment process, and treat other people fairly.

Effective August 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Future Proof websites, software, products, services, member tools, affiliate features, payment features, training, content, and related services. We refer to all of these together as the Platform.

By creating an account, buying a product or service, using the Platform, or taking part as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms and the other policies that apply to your use of Future Proof.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an account, make a purchase, or use the Platform.

Plain language. We want these Terms to be readable. They still form an agreement between you and Future Proof.

2. Who Can Use Future Proof

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement where you live. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.

  • Do not create an account using false information.
  • Do not use another person's identity without permission.
  • Do not create fake customer or affiliate accounts.
  • Do not use the Platform for unlawful activity.

Future Proof may ask for reasonable information to confirm identity, account ownership, payment details, or eligibility when needed to protect the Platform, customers, affiliates, or the company.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens through it. Keep your login information private and use reasonable steps to protect access to your account.

  • Keep your contact and account information current.
  • Do not share access with someone who is not authorized to use your account.
  • Tell Future Proof promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • Do not interfere with account records, referral tracking, transactions, placement, or Platform data.

Future Proof may place reasonable limits on an account when there is a security concern, payment concern, suspected fraud, policy issue, or other reasonable business concern.

4. Products and Services

Future Proof provides products, services, software, training, tools, and related features that may change over time. The features included with a product or plan are the features shown in the current offer at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and any product specific terms.

We work to keep product information accurate. Future Proof may correct errors in descriptions, pricing, features, or availability when an error is found.

Some features may depend on outside providers, internet access, payment networks, blockchain networks, artificial intelligence providers, communication services, or other systems that Future Proof does not fully control.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some Future Proof tools may use artificial intelligence. These tools can help with content, communication, business tasks, customer interactions, and other Platform functions.

  • Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it, publishing it, sending it to a customer, or using it to make a business decision.
  • Do not use artificial intelligence features for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Do not assume every response is complete, current, or correct.
  • Use human judgment when information could affect money, legal rights, health, safety, or another important decision.

You remain responsible for content you choose to use or send.

6. Prices and Purchases

Prices are shown through the approved Future Proof purchase process. Taxes, network costs, processing costs, or other charges may apply when disclosed during the purchase process or required by law.

A purchase is not complete until the approved system shows the transaction as completed or otherwise accepted by Future Proof.

Future Proof may refuse, cancel, or review a transaction when there is a reasonable concern involving fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing error, system error, policy violation, or legal requirement.

7. Subscriptions and Renewals

Some Future Proof products or services may be offered as subscriptions. The purchase page will show the billing amount and billing period that apply to that subscription.

Unless the offer says otherwise, a recurring subscription continues until it is canceled according to the cancellation process that applies to that product or service.

You are responsible for keeping an approved payment method available when recurring charges apply. Losing access to a feature because a payment fails does not remove amounts already owed for properly provided service.

Important. The final policy on sending your payment back will control the detailed rules for that, cancellation timing, and any special product terms.

8. Bitcoin and Other Payments

Future Proof may allow purchases, commissions, withdrawals, or other approved transactions using Bitcoin or another approved payment method. When Bitcoin is offered, use only the wallet address, payment instructions, and process shown by the approved Future Proof system.

  • Do not send a Future Proof payment to an affiliate's personal wallet.
  • Do not replace an official Future Proof wallet address with another address.
  • Check payment information carefully before sending Bitcoin.
  • Do not treat a transaction as complete until the approved system shows the required confirmation or completion status.

Blockchain transactions can be difficult or impossible to reverse after they are sent. You are responsible for checking the wallet address, network, amount, and other transaction details before approving a transaction.

The value of Bitcoin can move up or down. Future Proof does not promise that Bitcoin will increase in value and does not provide investment advice through the Platform.

9. Sending Payments Back, and Cancellations

Your rights to have a payment sent back, and your cancellation rights, depend on the product, service, payment method, purchase terms, and applicable law. The current Future Proof policy on sending your payment back is part of these Terms.

Do not rely on an affiliate or another user to change the official rules on sending a payment back or on cancellation. Only Future Proof can approve an exception to company policy when an exception is permitted.

10. Affiliate Participation

Future Proof may allow eligible members to take part in an affiliate program. Affiliate participation is separate from buying or using Future Proof products and services.

Affiliates are independent promoters. They are not employees, officers, owners, legal representatives, or corporate spokespersons unless Future Proof has separately confirmed that role in writing.

Affiliates must follow the current Future Proof Affiliate Guidelines, compensation rules, marketing rules, and other policies that apply to affiliate activity.

  • Represent products, prices, services, and the company accurately.
  • Use approved Future Proof payment and purchase processes.
  • Do not collect Future Proof customer payments into a personal account or wallet.
  • Do not promise or guarantee income.
  • Do not manipulate referrals, placement, transactions, customer accounts, or company records.
  • Use the Future Proof brand in a way that does not make an affiliate look like the corporate office.

Future Proof may review affiliate activity when there is a complaint, payment concern, brand concern, suspected policy violation, or other reasonable business concern. Corrective action may include education, a request to correct content, limits, suspension, reversal of improper credit where permitted, or termination of affiliate privileges.

11. Earnings and Compensation

Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed. What a person earns, if anything, depends on actual activity, customers, qualifications, plan rules, account standing, and other factors that apply under the current compensation plan.

Rank, placement, team size, examples, estimates, illustrations, or projections are not promises of income.

Future Proof may correct commission or account records when there is a system error, duplicate credit, a payment sent back, chargeback, improper transaction, fraud, policy violation, or another valid reason allowed by the compensation rules or law.

Simple rule. The plan explains how compensation can be earned. It does not promise what any person will earn.

12. Marketing and Communications

If you market Future Proof, you are responsible for the messages, posts, videos, websites, ads, email, text messages, calls, printed material, and other content you publish or send.

  • Use truthful information.
  • Do not create fake reviews, fake customer stories, fake earnings, or fake results.
  • Do not use spam, harassment, deception, or unlawful marketing methods.
  • Follow the rules that apply to email, text messaging, calling, advertising, privacy, and social media where you do business.
  • Clearly identify your affiliate relationship when that relationship would matter to the customer.

13. Future Proof Brand and Content

The Future Proof name, logos, product names, graphics, videos, software, written material, training, designs, screenshots, and other company content belong to Future Proof or are used by Future Proof with permission.

You may use company materials only as allowed by Future Proof and applicable law. Affiliate permission to use approved marketing material does not transfer ownership of the Future Proof brand or content.

  • Do not claim ownership of Future Proof material.
  • Do not alter the logo in a way that creates confusion.
  • Do not create a website, social account, business name, or domain that falsely appears to be the Future Proof corporate office.
  • Do not copy company pages and present them as your own official company pages.
  • Do not use Future Proof material for fraud, unlawful activity, or misleading promotion.

14. Content You Provide

You may provide information, messages, files, prompts, business content, customer information, or other material through the Platform. You keep the rights you already have in your material.

You give Future Proof permission to process and use that material as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and operate the Platform and the services you request.

You are responsible for having the right to provide the material and for using customer or third party information lawfully.

15. Customer Information and Privacy

Future Proof handles personal information according to its current Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users and affiliates must also handle customer and prospect information responsibly.

  • Do not sell, trade, publish, or give away customer information without proper authority.
  • Do not publicly post private messages, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, or account details without proper permission.
  • Do not use customer information for unrelated offers without proper permission.
  • Use approved systems and reasonable security practices when handling personal information.

16. Acceptable Use

Use Future Proof for legitimate business and personal purposes that are allowed by the Platform. The following activity is not allowed.

  • Fraud, theft, deception, identity misuse, or unlawful activity.
  • Trying to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or services.
  • Using software, scripts, bots, or other methods to manipulate Platform records or interfere with normal operation.
  • Uploading malicious code or intentionally damaging the Platform.
  • Harassing, threatening, abusing, or impersonating another person.
  • Using the Platform to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
  • Trying to bypass payment, tracking, account, security, or eligibility controls.

17. Outside Services

Future Proof may connect with services provided by other companies. Those services may have their own terms, privacy rules, fees, limits, and availability requirements.

Future Proof is not responsible for an outside service simply because the Platform connects to it. Your use of an outside service may create a separate agreement between you and that provider.

18. Platform Availability

We work to keep Future Proof available and useful, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, internet problems, outside providers, security events, payment networks, blockchain networks, or other conditions may affect availability.

Future Proof may change, replace, remove, or add Platform features when reasonably needed for security, operations, product quality, legal requirements, or business needs.

19. No Guaranteed Business Result

Future Proof provides tools, products, services, training, and business systems. We do not promise that using the Platform will create sales, customers, profits, income, rankings, business growth, or any other specific result.

Your results depend on your decisions, effort, market, customers, skills, costs, compliance, and many other factors outside Future Proof's control.

20. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Platform is provided on an as available basis. Future Proof does not make a promise that every feature will always be available, error free, or suitable for every business or purpose.

Nothing in the Platform should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice unless Future Proof clearly states that qualified professional advice is being provided.

21. Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Future Proof and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses that result from use of the Platform, inability to use the Platform, outside services, user conduct, or reliance on Platform content.

Where the law allows a limit on direct liability, Future Proof's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Future Proof for the product or service directly connected to that claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some places do not allow certain liability limits. In those places, the limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

22. Your Responsibility for Claims

If your unlawful conduct, policy violation, content, marketing, payment activity, or misuse of the Platform causes a claim or loss against Future Proof, you agree to be responsible for the resulting reasonable costs and claims to the extent allowed by law.

This section does not require you to cover a claim caused by Future Proof's own conduct when the law says Future Proof is responsible for that conduct.

23. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to payment, subscription, sending-your-payment-back, and other obligations that already apply.

Future Proof may limit, suspend, or terminate access when there is a serious or repeated policy violation, fraud, payment diversion, security threat, unlawful activity, abuse, identity misuse, Platform manipulation, or another material breach of these Terms.

When reasonable, Future Proof may give a person a chance to correct a problem. Serious conduct may require immediate action.

Sections that logically need to continue after an account closes will continue, including payment obligations, ownership rights, liability rules, dispute terms, and other provisions that by their nature should continue.

24. Changes to These Terms

Future Proof may update these Terms when products, systems, laws, payment methods, or business needs change. The current version will be made available through the Platform or company website.

When a change is important, Future Proof may provide additional notice when required by law or when the company believes additional notice is appropriate.

Continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

25. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Future Proof legal entity identified below, without giving effect to rules that would require another jurisdiction's laws, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Future Proof agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly. Send a written description of the issue and the result you are requesting to the contact information below.

The final legal version of this section should identify the governing state or province, court location, and any arbitration or dispute process Future Proof chooses to use.

Still needed. Legal company name, governing state or province, and business address -- none of this has been recorded anywhere yet. This section cannot go final until it is.

26. Other Policies

These Terms work together with the current Privacy Policy, the policy on sending your payment back, Affiliate Guidelines, Compensation Plan Terms, Bitcoin Transaction Policy, product terms, and other policies that apply to the product or service you use.

If a product specific term directly conflicts with a general part of these Terms, the product specific term controls for that product unless applicable law requires otherwise.

27. Contact Future Proof
