Privacy Policy
How Future Proof handles personal information.
This is a plain-language draft, not the final legal document. Our lawyer is reviewing it before we launch. Nobody should rely on this wording yet.
Plain language promise. We collect information for real business reasons. We use it to operate the platform, process transactions, support members, protect accounts, and improve the service. We do not treat personal information like a product to sell.
Effective August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Future Proof may collect when you use the Future Proof platform, website, products, services, affiliate features, AI tools, support channels, and related services. It also explains how that information may be used, shared, stored, and protected, and the choices you may have.
By using Future Proof, you acknowledge that personal information may be handled as described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the platform or provide personal information through it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the platform, and certain technical information that helps the service work properly.
Information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, username, mailing address, business information, account preferences, support messages, and other information you choose to submit.
Transaction information may include purchase details, subscription status, product selections, transaction references, payment status, Bitcoin transaction details, wallet information you provide for an approved purpose, commissions, withdrawals, and related records.
Affiliate information may include referral activity, customer activity credited to your account, board placement, team activity, rank information, qualification information, and commission records.
AI and product information may include prompts, instructions, uploaded content, settings, generated content, agent configuration, usage history, and other information needed to provide the product or feature you choose to use.
Technical information may include device type, browser information, internet protocol address, approximate location based on technical data, session activity, log information, security events, and similar system data.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate Future Proof and provide the services members and customers request.
Common uses include creating and managing accounts, processing purchases and subscriptions, recording approved Bitcoin transactions, calculating and paying commissions, providing affiliate tracking, operating board and rank features, delivering AI products, answering support requests, protecting accounts, preventing fraud, maintaining records, and improving platform performance.
We may also use contact information to send account notices, service updates, security messages, billing information, policy notices, support responses, and marketing messages where permitted.
The basic idea. We use information to run the service, process real business activity, protect accounts, support customers, and meet company responsibilities.
3. Payments and Bitcoin
Future Proof may allow purchases, commissions, withdrawals, or other transactions using Bitcoin or other approved payment methods. We may collect and keep transaction references, wallet information, payment status, purchase records, and other information reasonably needed to process and document those transactions.
Blockchain transactions can create public records outside the control of Future Proof. Information recorded on a public blockchain may remain available even after an account is closed.
Never send sensitive account credentials or private wallet keys to Future Proof unless an official Future Proof process clearly asks for information that is required for a specific service.
4. Affiliate and Referral Information
If you participate in the Future Proof affiliate program, we may collect and use information needed to identify referrals, track qualifying activity, calculate commissions, apply plan rules, show team information, maintain rank records, review account activity, and address disputes or compliance concerns.
Other members may be able to see limited information connected to team structure, referral activity, rank, or other plan features when that information is part of the normal operation of the platform.
We do not authorize affiliates to take customer information from the platform and use it for unrelated purposes. Affiliate use of customer information is also subject to the Future Proof Affiliate Guidelines and other applicable policies.
5. AI Features and Submitted Content
Some Future Proof products may allow you to submit prompts, documents, business information, instructions, recordings, messages, or other content for an AI powered feature to process.
We use that content as reasonably needed to provide the requested feature, maintain the service, troubleshoot problems, protect the platform, and meet legal obligations.
Do not submit information that you do not have the right to use. Avoid placing highly sensitive personal information into an AI feature unless the feature clearly requires it and you are authorized to provide it.
6. Cookies and Similar Technology
Future Proof may use cookies, local storage, session tools, analytics, and similar technology to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure platform activity, support security, understand how features are used, and improve performance.
Your browser may allow you to limit or remove cookies. Some platform features may not work correctly if required cookies or storage tools are blocked.
7. When Information May Be Shared
We may share information with companies and service providers that help us operate Future Proof. This can include hosting, payment processing, communication tools, analytics, customer support, security, AI services, data storage, and other operational providers.
We may also share information when needed to follow the law, respond to valid legal requests, protect customers or the company, investigate fraud or misuse, enforce company agreements, or protect the rights and safety of others.
If Future Proof is involved in a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, information may be included as part of that business transaction subject to applicable law.
We do not authorize service providers to use Future Proof personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us.
8. Marketing Communications
Future Proof may send marketing messages where permitted by law and consistent with the permissions connected to your account or contact information.
You can use the unsubscribe method provided in an email or text message when available. You may still receive important account, security, billing, transaction, support, and policy messages even if you stop receiving marketing messages.
9. Data Security
Future Proof uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information and account activity.
No online system can guarantee perfect security. Members are also responsible for protecting passwords, two step login methods, devices, wallet information, and other account access details.
Contact Future Proof promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been accessed or used without permission.
Your part matters too. Use a strong password, protect your devices, turn on available account security, and never share credentials with someone who does not need them.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts, provide services, maintain transaction and commission records, meet tax or accounting needs, handle disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with legal requirements.
Some information may remain in backups, transaction records, blockchain records, security logs, or other records after an account is closed when retention is reasonably required.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These can include asking to access, correct, delete, or receive certain information, or asking about how information is used or shared.
You may also be able to object to or limit certain processing where applicable.
Future Proof may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. Some information may need to be kept when required for transactions, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or other legitimate business reasons.
Privacy requests can be sent to help@futureproofmybiz.co.
12. Children
Future Proof is not intended for children who are not legally able to enter into the agreements required to use the platform. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact Future Proof so the matter can be reviewed.
13. International Use
Future Proof may be used by people in more than one country. Personal information may be processed or stored in places other than the country where you live.
When required, Future Proof and its service providers will use appropriate measures for handling personal information across borders.
14. Third Party Services
Future Proof may connect with third party websites, applications, payment services, AI providers, communication tools, or other services. Those services may have their own privacy practices and terms.
This Privacy Policy does not control the independent privacy practices of a third party service. Review the privacy information provided by a third party before giving that service personal information.
15. Account Closure
Closing an account does not always mean every record is immediately deleted. Future Proof may keep information that is reasonably needed for transactions, commissions, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, security, and normal business records.
Where applicable, information that is not required to be retained may be deleted or deidentified according to Future Proof records practices.
16. Changes to This Policy
Future Proof may update this Privacy Policy as products, services, technology, laws, or business practices change.
The current version will be made available through the platform or another reasonable company channel. When a change is important, Future Proof may provide an additional notice when appropriate.
17. Other Future Proof Policies
This Privacy Policy works together with the Future Proof Terms of Service, Affiliate Guidelines, payment rules and the rules on sending a payment back, compensation plan rules, product terms, and other policies that apply to your account or activity.
If another Future Proof policy gives more specific instructions for a particular feature or activity, those instructions also apply.
